How long does a Manzilian wax take?
First-visit appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes to include a brief consult, the wax, and aftercare instructions. Return visits within 6 weeks are 55 minutes.
How long should my hair be for a Manzilian?
About 1/4 to 1/2 inch — roughly two to three weeks of growth from the last shave. Hair shorter than that does not give the wax enough to grip; hair much longer can be trimmed at the start of the appointment.
Does a Manzilian wax hurt?
First-time clients feel more sensation than returning clients. We use professional-grade hard wax in the most sensitive areas, work in small sections, and pace the appointment so it is as efficient as possible. Most clients report it is far less painful than they expected.
