Frequently Asked Questions

Which facial is right for my skin?

We choose the facial during your consult. Acne Facial targets active breakouts and oil; Brightening Facial uses vitamin C and gentle resurfacing for uneven tone; Anti-Aging Facial focuses on fine lines and firmness; Sensitive Skin Facial uses calming ingredients only; Mini Facial is a 30-minute reset between full facials. If you are not sure, book any facial and the licensed esthetician will recommend the right protocol on arrival.

How long does a facial take?

Full facials are 80 minutes. The Mini Facial is 30 minutes. Both include skin consultation, cleanse, exfoliation, optional extractions, treatment serum, and a custom mask.

Do facials include extractions?

Gentle, targeted extractions are included where appropriate. We only extract what is ready and skip anything that would damage the skin or cause inflammation. Aggressive extraction is never the right tool.

How often should I get a facial?

Every 4 to 6 weeks — one full skin cycle — gives the most cumulative benefit. Active acne or treatment plans may run on a tighter cadence.

Can I get a facial if I use retinoids or had a recent peel?

Tell us before booking. We typically ask clients to pause retinoids 5–7 days before a facial and to space facials and chemical peels at least 2 weeks apart. We will adjust the protocol or reschedule if needed.

Can I wear makeup after a facial?

We recommend skipping makeup for the rest of the day — your skin is in its best absorptive state and you do not want to occlude it. SPF the next day is non-negotiable.
